Booking Guidelines
How it works
Submit the form, and a chapter officer will review availability and reply by email. Your date is held only once confirmed.
Lead time
Please submit requests well in advance so we can coordinate the calendar with chapter events and meetings.
Fees & deposit
Rental terms, any deposit and payment details will be shared with your confirmation.
Rules of the hall
Events must follow chapter and venue rules, including capacity, noise, decorations and alcohol policies.
Setup & cleanup
Renters are responsible for setup, cleanup and leaving the hall in the condition it was found.
Members & priority
Chapter events and member functions take scheduling priority. Alternate dates help us find a fit.
